Realistically, the more content, graphics, animation, and interactivity you want for your web site, the longer the website’s design and development effort will take. However, even for the most complex of sites, we have an expedite service to have your site up and running within weeks rather than months. The sooner you can make the decision to design a website for your business, the sooner we’d have your website launched to whole world.
What is required from me?
As part of our partnership, we rely on your input to fuel our process and we remain flexible in order to arrive at the best outcome. Since you know your business best, we will turn to you throughout the project to guide us on what would work and what wouldn’t work for your specific audience. We take your input and make the necessary changes to present your business in the most effective way. Basically, we will need descriptions of your company, products, and services. If you currently have company brochures or catalogues you can give us those. Otherwise, we can assist you with suggestions for content on your web site. We will need copies of your company logo and company pictures that you want to use. We can help you obtain artwork if necessary.
How will our site look to visitors?
We do everything to ensure your web site is consistent and looks just as good on most popular internet browsers. We also make sure that the text and graphics load in the fastest possible way to avoid any discouragement for visiting your site repeatedly.
We will discuss with you various options for future and continual enhancements to your website while keeping focus on your customers’ needs and expectations as well as your business growth and market changes.
How will visitors find out about our site?
Undoubtedly, one of the most effective methods is to include the address to your website (URL) on all company material, such as business cards, company brochures, catalogues, letterheads, stationary, and traditional advertising. In addition, we will publicize your website to the major search engines, relevant news groups, and with various affiliation programs.
What happens after our site “goes live”?

Therefore, we have introduced four different support & maintenance packages to extend our services and our relationship after completing the project for many months to come.
What are ALL the costs involved in the Design & Development?
- For a website design: JD199 will get you a web site (plus JD20 per month for hosting and support see the Bronze package). Additional services may be purchased such as having our graphic design department design your company logo or provide custom artwork (see Web Design Fees).
- For web development (business solution development): there is actually no fixed cost. We typically start with a free consulting session to get a feel on the size of the project (scope analysis).
Then we can submit an estimate of the cost. Once we are permitted to conduct a detailed Business Requirements Analysis to determine the “Functional & Technical” requirements, we will then submit a “Project Proposal” that will include a detailed price quotation covering development cost and an annual support plan.
